For our services we have agreements with suppliers to incorporate a 'small margin' within the contract rates or we may receive a small commission from every contract placed with a supplier through our broker partners. (This information is transparent). However if you prefer we also have agreements in place whereby we will not receive any such renumeration from the supplier but in this case we would have to charge a small fee for our services.
Then once we are granted permission in writing, we can manage the quotation process from start to finish. We manage and check your contract end dates. Then just before your contract expires (within a 6 months window) we analyze market conditions to establish the right time to buy. We then tender for prices and can advice of the best terms and lengths of contracts available. We can also facilitate the termination of your current contract to ensure you don’t roll over into an unwanted and expensive roll over trap. As is always the case we always recommend that our clients do this as well. Purely to save any complications caused by suppliers work loads.
Comparing offers: Offers are notoriously difficult to compare. Different suppliers bundle different elements together, which makes the precise factors very difficult to isolate. Potential suppliers can be asked to respond to a customer request by listing the various aspects of the prices and charges that are to be applied.
